Halzephron Caramelised Red Onion Marmalade

Hearty marmalade with loads of onion and rich balsamic vinegar. Ideal with strong cheeses and cold meats.

Prepare ham as per your usual recipe and coat with caramelised red onion marmalade before roasting in the oven.

INGREDIENTS:

Red Onion 36%, Sugar,  Balsamic Vinegar (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colouring: caramel E150d (SULPHITES).
